Peace Museum
Library Booklist
The Library of the
Dayton
International
Peace
Museum
is small but growing quickly. At the moment it consists of donated books
and videos that relate to the mission of the museum. Our largest
donation of books came from Charles Chatfield, the noted author and
scholar in the field of peace history.
Currently,
there are close to 1,200 books and more than 100 videos and DVDs.
Subject areas most represented in the library include ethics,
history, religion, war, peace, and
Vietnam. Other major topics include international analysis, peace and peace
education, and the
Middle East
.
The library is comfortable and inviting for
those who might want to browse and materials are available for checkout.
We have volunteers who are eager to help with any research question. We
especially welcome questions from students, so please feel free to call
or email your questions to the
Peace
Museum.
