Lecture on Human Trafficking

The shame and horror of human trafficking in our own communities
and globally is the topic of a program on April 27 at 2 p.m. This
Salem Seminar will be hosted by the Sisters of the Precious Blood at their Dayton convent, Salem Heights, 4960 Salem Ave.

The program is free and open to the public.
Presenter is Tiffin Franciscan Sister Mary Kuhlman, a member of her order’s leadership team who also lives and works with immigrants and other trafficked individuals. In addition to exploring the reasons behind this modern-day slavery, Sister Mary will share ways concerned individuals can help alleviate and end this
tragedy. Q/A will follow the program. Light refreshments served.

Salem Heights is fully handicapped accessible with ample parking.
